Ans: We can supply any order quantity as per customer’s request be it FCL, LCL or combination of various size/colour/patterns, for bulk orders we prefer part shipment.
Ans: The material is packed in wooden boxes/pallets generally made up of wood each taking about 30-35 Sq. meter of the material of 7-15 mm thickness. A 20 ft long container takes about 20 boxes of size 38″ x 38″ x 25″ if the client has any special packaging requirement it should be confirmed upfront.
Ans: The quantity shipped per container depends on
(a) The allowed weight at the destination port
(b) The size &thickness of the stone
Generally (with a variation of +/- 10%) the quantity of material that can be shipped in a 20 ft container would be the following (20 tons).

Ans: The usual time required for processing and delivery to port is 4 weeks after receipt of a confirmed order and L/C. Shipping time is at actual as per vessel planning. However, for orders of specific sizes, it is requested to confirm the delivery timeline requirement upfront and we shall try to comply as per your request.
Usually, the items are shipped through a Container Liner on Freight Collect basis. If you enjoy a preferential rate on any liner, please let us know. We will gladly use which so ever you prefer. We always suggest the customer take a transit insurance cover for the merchandise.
Ans: We accept payment via Telegraphic transfer or Irrevocable confirmed L/C at sight favouring the first-class bank. The L.C. is to be drawn in the name of ASN Overseas (OPC) Pvt Ltd.
In the case of custom/user made products/special requirements – An advance payment of at least 50% of the Performa Invoice value is to be executed through the Telegraphic transfer before shipment, Order would be confirmed only when the amount is reflected in our bank account.
Ans: We wish to build a long term relationship with our customers and adhere to only supplying quality products. All our shipments are guaranteed for the agreed Quality and Delivery time. A step further we offer on-demand third party inspection certification from reputed bodies like SGS, BV, DNV, TUV etc on chargeable basis
Ans: All products dispatched are fully finished and packed for shipment. Merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before leaving warehouses. We cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss in transit. The claims for merchandise delivered broken or damaged or undelivered must be reported directly to the Carrier. If the supply is on Ex-works basis.
However, if the delivery is on FOB or CIF basis, we can help the customer in settling the claims with the insurance company to the best of their satisfaction.
Ans: All the orders once confirmed are final and binding. No variation in the order will be accepted unless the same has been agreed to in writing by us. Natural Stone varies in pattern and colour from quarry to quarry, pit to pit, and even block to block. This variation adds to its uniqueness and beauty.
Ans: We have enough experience and understand the tastes of the different international markets very well. Our experienced staff inspects each shipment personally. We adhere to all quality parameters agreed upon before placing the order. Also, we are open to independent third-party inspections from any outside agencies as per customer’s requirements.
Ans: Generally we send small samples (3″x3″) to serious customers for the evaluation. Bigger samples could be sent against specific requirements and on freight collect (on pay) basis. Nevertheless, once we receive your valued order the cost of samples is reduced form the invoice. Kindly do let us know about your company detail to for further business relationships.
